今日、39歳になりました。🎂 大人になる中で、アーティストとしての自分と、本当の自分。そんな2つの顔があることに気づきました。双子座だから？♊️ステージに立つ時は、どうしても周りからどう見られるかを意識してしまうこともあったけれど、この年齢になって改めて感じているのは、私の本質は昔から何も変わっていないということ。😺いいのか悪いのか😨 性格的に嫌われたくないとかあるから、これからは！ 自分自身を後回しにせず、30代最後のこの1年は、もっと自分を大切にする「セルフケア」を意識して過ごしたいと思っています。まずは健康診断にもしっかり通って（笑）、体も心も整えていこうと！ 自分を大切にすることは、きっと周りの人たちを大切にすることにも繋がるから。 来年は20周年、そして40歳。 この1年も、一つひとつを大切に重ねていきたいと思います。 日曜日のバースデーライブは、大好きな仲間たちと共に、音楽で全身全霊を込めてお返しします！みんなも、どうか自分のことをたくさん愛してね。 #39thBirthday #Birthday #誕生日 #30代最後 #セルフケア I turned 39 today. 🎂 Over the years, I’ve navigated between being the "artist" on stage and my true, authentic self. (i'm gemenai♊️)There were times when I was too focused on how others perceived me, often neglecting my own well-being. But reaching this age, I’ve realized that my true essence hasn't changed. For this final year of my 30s, I’m making a promise to myself: to prioritize self-care and treat myself with the kindness I deserve. I truly believe that by nurturing myself, I can inspire others to do the same. Next year marks my 20th anniversary and my 40th birthday. I want to spend this coming year cherishing every moment. I’m so excited for my first-ever birthday live show this Sunday. I can’t wait to share the stage with amazing friends and musicians, and give back to you all with everything I have. 昨日は3世代の女性陣でランチへ。 先輩方のお話が、今の私にもの凄く刺さる時間でした。 私が一番年下だったけれど、まるで導かれるように時間は動いているんだなと実感。人生の選択は日々あるけれど、いくつになっても「学ぶ意欲」を持つことの大切さを教わりました。 特に85歳の先輩が仰った、 「時間は限られているんだから、好きなことは全部やりなさい。無駄なエネルギーは切りなさい」という言葉。 かっこいい！✨ みんなそれぞれの人生を生きている。 だからこそ私も、自分の音楽人生、行けるところまで全力突っ走ってやろう、と。 6月は皆さんにお会いできる機会がたくさんあるので、今から本当に楽しみです！ （夏はしばし制作期間に充てて、秋からの仕込みもガッツリ進めます✊時間は限られてる、だから有意義に！） 📸 写真は「Endless Ride」の時に撮影した未公開ショット。ニーナちゃんが素敵に加工してくれました。ありがとう♡ 今日は、6/21のバースデーライブの「お土産」のための録音作業！ みんな、めちゃくちゃ楽しみに待っていてくださいね✌️ Had a wonderful lunch with three generations of amazing women yesterday. ✨ As the youngest in the group, listening to their life stories was incredibly inspiring. It reminded me that no matter how old we get, we should never lose the desire to learn. One of the ladies, who is 85, told me: "Our time is limited, so do everything you love and cut out any wasted energy." How cool is that?! 🔥 Everyone has their own unique journey. It made me realize all over again that I want to take my musical journey as far as I possibly can. I have so many chances to see you all in June, and I can't wait! (Summer will be dedicated to songwriting and production, preparing for some exciting things coming this fall.
